This year's Pamulinawen Festival, now on its 18th year, with the Theme "STEADFAST", officially kicked off on February 01, 2014 with a Diana around the city at 4:00 o'clock in the morning. Traditional Tambureros with their bamboo flutes greeted every home to signify the opening of the "fiesta".
