Japanese Training = Laoag City Learning

Japan is not just popular for sushi, samurai, royce chocolates, cherry blossoms, temples and hello kitty. It is also significantly known as a training hub for all races as generously offered by the Japan Government through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) through scholarship programs.

The Pamulinawen Festival of Laoag City was adjudged the Champion in the 2013 Tan- ok ni Ilocano Festival held last December 06, 2013 at the Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos stadium here in Laoag City.


2nd CVF-MVF “Walang Iwanan” Funshoot

The 2nd CVF-MVF "Walang Iwanan" Funshoot went underway as scheduled last December 7, 2013 at the PINS Shooting Range in Brgy. Talingaan, Laoag City, in cooperation with Mr. Eric Castro, Vice-President of the Province of Ilocos Norte Shooters (PINS). The event was an official sports competition included in the Palarong Pamasko program of the City Government.
