Pamulinawen Festival 2014 : “STEADFAST”

This year's Pamulinawen Festival, now on its 18th year, with the Theme "STEADFAST", officially kicked off on February 01, 2014 with a Diana around the city at 4:00 o'clock in the morning. Traditional Tambureros with their bamboo flutes greeted every home to signify the opening of the "fiesta".

Formal Opening of the Cancer and Pain Unit of the LCGH

The cancer and pain unit of the Laoag City General Hospital (LCGH) was formally opened last February 20, 2014 at 3:00pm with the Hon. City Mayor Chevylle V. Farinas as the guest of honor.

Japanese Training = Laoag City Learning

Japan is not just popular for sushi, samurai, royce chocolates, cherry blossoms, temples and hello kitty.
