Talentadong may “K”

The Talentadong may "K" program was visualized by the City Social Welfare & Dev't Office (CSWDO) to promote equality and welfare to the PWDs in our community.


Graduation Ceremony of the EDC-Burgos Wind Power Corp. (EBWPC) sponsored SMAW NC II Training in cooperation with INCAT – TESDA and CSWDO

The Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), a very in-demand skill locally and internationally, was one of the requested training needs of our constituents.  It is a school-based training and the Ilocos Norte College of Arts & Trades (INCAT) is the school in Laoag City offering this kind of trade.


Maiden Activity for the “A Cause for August” in a Parent and Child Look-Alike Got Talent Search

August 4, 2014, “Parent and Child Look-Alike Got Talent” search was conducted among the 15 pairs of Day Care Parents and Children at the Laoag City Auditorium, in celebration of this year’s Nutrition Month.

Makati Senior Citizens and Makati Social Welfare And Development Meet Their Counterparts In Laoag City

The group of Makati Senior Citizens headed by Mr. Cirpiano M. Guarin, the OIC of the Office of Senior Citizen's Affairs, and Division Chief, Makati Social Welfare and Development Ms. Myrna Lanario, had their Lakbay Aral-Lakbay Saya here in  Region I including Laoag City last July 7-12, 2014.
