Association of Barangay Councils (ABC) President Hon. Chevylle V. Fariñas celebrated her 43^rd birthday on October 22, 2012.

On the ceiling of the Laoag multipurpose hall, two ceiling fans have bore witness to the people’s triumphs, celebrations, and sometimes even misfortunes. From where they are, they can see everything that happens at the city’s amphitheater but most importantly, they see the Ilocano spirit’s undying dedication to progress.

Vice Mayor Edward P. Domingo passed away at dawn on September 29, 2012 because of cardiac arrest. He was 73.

In order to possibly provide all possible health services to the people of Laoag and to other citizens, LCGH doctors and specialists were requested to make a list of all equipment that they need in order to maximize their capability in their respective fields of specialization. The lists were collated and procurements were made.
